I have a set of seemingly non related symptoms notably purple marks on my abdomen, chronic muscle and joint pain in legs, fatugue, increased anxiety, bruising with a negative test for anemia, weight fluctuations insomnia dizzy spells headaches and inability to focus- what if anything do these symptoms suggest?

dear user

purple rashes on the abdomen you have may be because of some factors....
...if you had administered medication drugs rashes may arise from allergy of these medications........also if your skin contact with any corrosive material or allergen it may occur...sometimes rashes follow high fever or bacterial or viral infection as his immune system begin to red of that infection and immune reaction occurs that leads to appearance of rashes and i think this is important may led to these symptoms

it may also due to shingles as varicella zoster reactivation if stress or sun exposure and that may need clinical examination

wish you healthy life
