What Do Pus Cell And Red Cells In Urine Mean?

Hi , 2 years ago i have kidney y stone (5mm) and after drinking water it throw , after six month with my urine comes blood it last for 5 hours ( with urine ) and after drinking of water and taken antibiotic tablet of i feel ok/better for more than 8 months , after 8 months , in my urine Lab. test the Pus cells show numerous and as doctor advise i get two course anti biotic tablet, on the midel of take antiboitic i do the lab test the result show 2-4 , and i do the last Lab test when the tow course antibiotic completed 30/10/2011 (After one week of when the antibiotic completed) , lab test result show the Pus cell Numerous and red cells show 02-04/ HPF and the ultrasound result show normal only cystite problem, what your advise to me,

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by presence of excessive pus cells and RBC in urine.RBC in urine may be due to UTI.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed..
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
You also need clinical correlation.
