What Do Pus Cells 10-15/hpf And Turbid Aspect Mean In Urine Analysis?

Hi. In my father's urine analysis, it states that the Pus cells is 10*15/HPF. I would like to know what does that mean exactly. Also, the aspect of the urine is S.Turbid, is that necessarily something bad??? or is it just lack of water consumption? Another thing that I would just like to understand is the meaning of "Reaction is pH5, Specific gravity is 1025". There is no reference range demonstrated so I just wanted to make sure that it's in the correct range. Thank you in advance.

Hello

Your father's finding suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by presence of excessive pus cells and turbid appearance of urine.

He need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram, renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.

Nitrite test and Leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
He should drink plenty of fluids.

Get well soon.
Take Care
