What Do Pus Cells And The Presence Of Albumin In A Urine Test Report Indicate?

Sir I have high fever since last four days with chills when doctor asked me for urine routine examination there were seen some pics cells and also detected albumin in irineh he has started tab azitromycin 500 mg OD for three days but I am still not recovering
