What Do Pus Cells In Stool Test Of An Infant Indicate?

My baby is 15 months old, and teething. She has been passing loose stools since 2 days. Today it got worsened and passed around 10 times in 4 hrs. So i got a routine stool test done. Rest everything is ok, but reaction is acidic and pus cells 1-2. What is the implication? I have been giving here econorm and all possible home remedies. What should I do? She is a bit better, but do i require to give any medications?
