What Do "holes In The Cervical Discs" On An MRI Report Indicate?

I had an MRI they have found holes in the cervical and lumbar discs. They tested for multiple myeloma which is negative. All blood work came back normal. They did extensive blood work and still don't have a diagnosis. Would you know what these symptoms would pertain too.

Thanks for raising your concern

1. As the blood work is normal and still diagnosis is not established thus consult a Neurosurgeon regarding the same to exclude DDD [degenerative disc disease] and also regarding the pros and cons of surgical procedure.

2. Initially go for physical therapy such as massage, hot/cold therapy, hydrotherapy and treatment methods should be focused on maintaining the quality of life.
