What Do Rashes All Around The Neck Indicate?
I have a little skin rash all around my neck, little red spots and tiny bumps. I am not itchy, but it is a little uncomfortable. Also, my eyes are a little baggy today. I painted with oil based paint yesterday, and I was exposed to some fumes. I had a good respirator, so my lungs did not suffer, just my skin around my neck. Should I take anything over the counter?
