Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I would keep a possibility of Scabies, which is caused by a mite known as sarcoptes scabiei.
The lesions in scabies resemble a mosquito bite and are extremely itchy, specially at night.
The lesions can be distributed all over the body like arms, legs, torso but sparing the face.
I would suggest empirical treatment with 5% permethrin lotion; single whole body application from neck downwards and kept overnight for at least 8 hours.
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
Make sure that you wash all your clothing, sheets etc after applying permethrin to prevent re-infection from clothing

Regards
