What Do Rashes On The Abdomen, Back And Neck Of A Child Indicate?

My 22 month old has a mild rash on his belly, back and up to his neck and face. He is sleeping and his HR is 69, T- 97.4, RR-23. Breathing unlabored and peaceful. Skin clammy. He had ibuprofen for the first time 1 tablet 2 days ago because he was having high fevers Should I be concerned?

Hi,

The rash can be related to a viral infection and usually go away on its own.If the rash continue for a few days you can use Calamine lotion for local relief.
