What Do Rashes On The Body And Pain Under The Right Breast Indicate?

My son is 14. He was a little sick with a cold. He woke up yesterday and had a rash over his body. He has had a pain under his right breast for a few days. He has pain when he takes a deep breath, sneezes or coughs, also when he bends over. He is feeling better,but the rash has spread a little more. He has only taken tylenol and benadryl.

As per your description of symptoms, probability is of pneumonia. Please consult pediatrician, and do chest x-ray and other blood investigation to confirm the diagnosis.
