What Do Rashes On The Chest, Stomach And Lower Back Indicate?

I have had a rash on my chest, stomach, upper and lower back for more than 4 months now. It never moves to other areas. I have had a major femur bone break were they had to place a bar and screws in my leg. This rash has gone on since it has happened.

Hello,

You might be having some allergic rashes. Nothing to do with femur surgery. Allergy can develop due to several reasons- some foods like egg, fish, pollen grains, animal hair, nylon, terylene clothes. Just try to find out what you are allergic to and avoid it. Try home remedies. Apply coconut oil daily three times a day for one week. If you are not better to consult a dermatologist. It can be a fungal infection or eczema.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sanjay Kini
