What Do Rashes On The Hips Indicate?

hi, yesterday I noticed a small rash on both hips in the same area. Later that day I bent over and when i went to stand up my back tightened up and I cannot stand up straight. Extreme pain. Now my rash is significantly bad on both sides. Can this be related? could it be shingles

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to shingles.
I recommend using antiviral medication such as Acyclovir.
I also recommend using Acyclovir cream for local application.
