What Do Recurrent Spots In The Genitals Suggest?

I get spots understand the skin, around the inside of my legs, genital parts. At the start, they are really hard, then over a few days due to walking and rubbing they become soft and when I squeeze them, thick bloody garlic like smell comes out. Enough to fill 2 sheets of toilet roll. Then it goes hard again and disappears. Then a few days after a new one starts. And process starts again. I have had up to 7 at the same time. Next step after your active will be the doctors. Any help?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I'm assuming you are a female as I do not see your age or sex. The spots that you mention I think are pustules which when popped release the garlicy smelling pus. This could be a sign of bacterial infection. Given the limited details I would advise you to follow up with a gynec or a general physician to have the pus cultured. Then you can get a specific medication or an ointment depending on the infection.
Do follow the genreal measures of hygiene like cleaning your genitals, keeping it dry etc.
I find this answer helpful
