General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that before going to gym or any type of exercsie go for cardiac fitness test.
It seems that you might be having tachycardia and requires evaluation of your case.
You might require EKG, TMT test to rule out any cardiac ailment.
Consult physician and get examined.
Ok and take care.
