What Do Recurring Episodes Of Dizziness, Migraine And Elbow Pain Indicate?

Hi...my sister is having some strange reoccurring symptoms. Sorta stroke like but drs can find no evidence of a stroke. she can t walk straight and lists to the right. She s dizzy,shaky, lightheaded and both her arms ache from the elbows down. Her sight has a gray haze and her head felt full. Sometimes her speech is slurred. She has migraine symptoms that no meds they have tried help. Any ideas?

So, i would like to have some more information regarding her condition (even the smallest detail) so that it becomes easier to diagnose her condition.
And also i would like to see her MRI or CT scan report (if you have got them done).
