What Do Recurring Red Dots On Penis Head Suggest?

Hello, I have a question regarding my uncircumcised penis. Although I always practice sex, I have engaged with unprotected oral sex a few times in the past six months. About three weeks ago or so I notice about 4 or 5 small red dots on my penis head. They weren t raised or clustered, no itching or pain or leaking any fluid. The only reason I noticed them is b/c they were red. After about 5 days they faded away. Faded is the best way to describe it b/c it didn t appear any healing was necessary. So I dismissed it as something like a reaction to soap or chaffing. So yesterday, about two or three spots re-appeared. Again, no pain or swelling or itch at all. No other symptoms on my penis or anywhere else on my body. They are about pinhole size. I can t tell if they are in the exact same spot or not. I was sexually active about a month ago but nothing since then. Any thoughts?
