What Do Red And Itchy Lumps On Neck Filled With Oily Substance Mean?
Hello, I get about 1/4 to 1/2 inch size "lumps" on my neck under my ear mostly, that get a little red and itchy, but don't go away. I try to see if they have anything in them, but it appears to be a very oily substance. I've tried everything but nothing seems to make them go away except time, which can be weeks.

it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for medical and physical examination. based from your description, it could be a cyst (a sebaceous or a keratinous type). these lesions can occur anywhere in the body and have the tendency to recur. management (medical and surgical) will be directed accordingly.
