What Do Red And White Patches On The Tongue Indicate?

It starts with white patches on my tongue . Then red patches surrounded by white borders. Can it be geographic tongue? I have psoriasis. Please help i am freaking out dont want it to be cancer. I have bad anxieties because im scared i have photos if needed.

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

White patches on tongue are commonly due to fungal Infection or oral thrush..
However the red patches if they are smooth and change the position then it can be geographic tongue..
So for confirmation I would like to see the pictures.

As the patches are not persistent and they come and go, therefore they are not cancerous..
As of now you can gargle with specialised mouthwash like Magic mouthwash..
Do warm saline gargles..
Take Vitamin B complex supplement..
