General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have infected eczema. You should take tablets levocetirizine, roxithromycin, diclofenac, and ranitidine all these twice for five days. As there are prescription drugs, please contact your local doctor he will prescribe these. You will get relief and also get a test for your sugar level meanwhile.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
