What Do Red Bumps All Over The Legs Indicate?

I have these red bumps all over my legs, some are brown as well. They cover ever inch of my legs. From my thighs to a little above my ankle. A couple appear on a little area on my upper arm. I’ve have had them my entire life however I am quite concerned at how unusual they are. What are they and how can I get rid of them?

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of red bumps over legs which could be due to viral infection, folliculitis, contact dermatitis and due to allergic reaction of body to allergens as well.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to

- Avoid application of anyhard cosmetics such as shower gel, body wash.

- Wear loose trousers to avoid heat rash.

- Take oral antihistamine medications.

- Maintain complete cleanliness of bed before you go for sleep and terminate bugs.

- Drink plenty of water.

- Maintain complete hygiene and apply calamine lotion to avoid itching.

If symptoms keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once and get it examined completely and start treatment after complete examination.
