What Do Red Bumps And Rashes On The Shin And Ankles Indicate?
It appears I may have chigger bites. I had some dry shin on my left shin, but do play golf and walk the dog on the edge of the woods. The itching severe itching has gone on for several days. I was diagnosed with eczema on my shin, but in recent days, multiple red bumps and welts have appeared on my ankles, the creases of my arms, between my legs and around my waist and near my arm pits. Is this chigger bites or eczema.

As per your history, it may be due to dermatitis
For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally. Take tablet loratidine.
Alternatively you can apply aloe Vera gel. Maintain proper hygiene.
Kindly watch for symptoms like breathing difficulty, swelling over face
