What Do Red Bumps On The Index Finger Indicate?

Hi, I have small red bumps all over both my index fingers and on the backs of both my elbows for the past couple of days. They almost look like blisters but they aren t because today I noticed a couple new bumps on the back of one of my hands. They are not itchy at, but its uncomfortable when any pressure is applied (for example holding a fork). I m nervous because now I feel like it might be spreading and I have no idea what it is.. please help me!
