What Do Red Bumps On The Penile Shaft Indicate?

i masturbated yesterday with a lubricant but its a hot adn cold kinda thing...could it have irritated the skin and on top of that my hands are really rough from work and i grip really hard, now i have red bumps on my shaft whre my foreskin would be (if i didnt get circumsized) right where my hard callus are on my hand, any ideas on what it could be?

it can be that reason or local inflammatory reason. get it examined by doctor what is your marital history and sex habit,if there is reason you can have std test.can get examined by skin VD doctor for examination and advise.
