What Do Red Bumps On The Penis Indicate?

Hi doctor I received unprotected oral sex 5 days ago and am seeing small red bumps on penis head and feel the tingly sensation at times, I m very nervous about it being an std do you think the tingle can be just me being nervous? I have no discharge and does not burn when I pee. Thank you

it is risky and should be avoided can be herpes simplex. hiv test should be done. practice should be avoided.prevention is better then cure.
