What Do Red Dots Under The Breast Indicate?

I have red dots that just appeared about 3-4mm in size (except larger area above one hip), all under the bottom of my breasts, a few on my hips, & some on bottom. What could they be? They appeared 3 days ago, do not itch, do not hurt, but have multiplied in numbers.
