What Do Red Dots Under The Penis Head Indicate?

I have 2 pin prick red dots on the underside of the head of my penis. Where the skin meets the head of the penis. One is there and the other is just on the head of the penis. The one is almost like a scab healing and the other is just something under the skin. It s not sore or anything and felt the scab when going to the bathroom. So I turned it over and it is barely visible but never there before. They are so tiny but not sure what it is.
