What Do Red Moles On The Forehead While Suffering From Melanoma Indicate?

hello. my husband has stage 3 melanoma and is being monitored every 3 months. since his last ct scan 3 weeks ago, I have noticed small red like moles appear on the side of his forehead. could this be a sign that the cancer has spread or metastasized?

Not at all. This is not a sign of metastasis . If it metastasizes that would not be apparent from outside. It will spread through blood or lymphatics.
