What Do Red Rashes All Over The Body Indicate?

My grandson has a red rash over most of his body. He has been playing sports for the past few days. He has had all of his vaccinations up to date (including measles) but rash appears similar to that. Should we check at doctor? Might it be a heat rash as he has been outdoors and weather is warmer than usual.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

I need to have a look at your grandson's red rash he is having all over his body before running into final conclusions. Please send a picture of the red rash affected areas to me.

You are right, it could be heat rash as he is been outdoors and weather is warmer than usual. Advise him to bath frequently. Can apply baby powder.

If it is itchy, then, skin infection/dermatitis to rule out.
Looking forward to have the requested photo in.
