What Do Red Rashes All Over The Body Indicate?

my granddaughter has broken out with red splotches all over her body today, it started with a few bumps on her face like a heat rash, but now her whole body is covered with red splotches all over everywhere. She doesn t have a fever and hasn t eaten anything she hasn t had before.
