What Do Red Rashes On The Cheeks And Nose Indicate?

I have multiple symptoms including chronic pain and fatigue. I have anemic tendencies even though I am post menopausal. I ve been diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy, Fibromyalgia, and sleep apnea. I ve had many tests run and blood tests do not indicate Lupus. Sometimes, usually evenings, I get a red rash across my nose and cheeks. What could be the cause of the rash?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Rashes on the nose and cheeks along with other symptoms suggests SLE - (Systemic Lupus Erythematous). I suggest you to get few tests:(ANA, dsDNA, SS-A, SS-B, anti-histone antibodies and anti-topoisomerase).
Kindly consult your rheumatologist or physician for prescription of tests and clinical assessment.

Thanks and take care
