What Do Red Rashes On The Feet And Toes Indicate?

i have a rash on the top of both of my feet by the toes. There was blisters but now it is just red with bumps. i thought is was going away but it seems to be spreading. I have not gotten into anything that I know of. It does not itch much and no pain.
