What Do Red Rashes On The Thighs And Calves Indicate?

I have these red dry circular patches all over my thighs and calves. They aren t itchy, & they won t go away. Please let me know what you think it is & if there is some way i can get rid of it fast because i m going on vacation soon. i ve had them for a few months now.
