What Do Red Spots On Chest And Arms Indicate?
Hello, I have several red spots that occurred on Monday and Tuesday on my chest and arms with two on my leg and back. After three days they started forming pink rings around them. They itch and are starting to form a white ring in between the bump and the pink ring.

This sounds like a viral or fungal infection. However, skin conditions cannot be confirmed without visualization and physical examination. I suggest not to use finger nails to scratch since it may cause secondary infections on this. This needs to be examined.
