What Do Red Spots On The Body Of A Toddler Indicate?

My 3 year old has either had an allergic reaction to amoxicillian or the new baby ducks that were just born. It is a spotty rash somewhat raised and other places it is like red dots. I have triamcinoloneacetonide ointment .1mg and also hydrocortisone cream 30mg. Would either of these be okay to use on her?

Stop using the drug amox in this case and the reactions will subside on its own.you can go for calamine lotion for soothening effect rather than the ointments you mentioned
