As per your query red spots on the face. The symptoms you mention in query can occur due to causes like environment , heat , cold , pressure and sun exposure ,which can act as trigger factor . Insect bite , pollen and some plants can can also cause red spot. I would suggest you to protect your skin from sun exposure. Apply turmeric paste as it will give beneficial effects. Use anti fungal cream containing clotrimazole .Apply it twice a day . If symptoms persists for more than a week or get worse consult dermatologist ,so that doctor can evaluate properly to rule out other conditions and may prescribe you oral antibiotics or topical steroids. Wash your face twice a day with mild soap.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
