What Do Red Spots On The Penis Indicate?
Me and my girlfriend had unprotected sex 3 times while she was on her period. I did not shower until the following day and after I showered I noticed 10-15 very small red dots on the shaft of my penis. What could this be from? We both have tested negative for STD’s in the past and for 6 months we have not had any sexual encounters besides with each other. Please help

Two possible infections can be suspected from your description, genital herpes or scabies. Herpes infection is associated with other neurological pain in the body along with rashes in particular regions innervated by the nerve.
Scabies infection is associated with typical itchy Papular distribution extending from interphalangeal joints to arms, chest and abdomen to groin and lower limb.
It also affects the partner as well as other family members who touch your clothes. Herpes infection requires conservative management while scabies requires aggressive treatment with Permethrin.
So, do consult dermatologist and get examined for proper diagnosis and treatment. Till then, maintain proper hygiene of genitals. Don't use topical preparation on your own.
