What Do Regular Fatigue, Vomiting Sensation And Increased Body Temperature At Night Indicate?

5days before I suffered from dehydration and now its fine.But after that I am feeling tired at the evenings and I am getting vomting sensation but not vomting.Night times body temperature goes up.what these symptoms indicate.can you please answer my question

it indicate fever dehydration with gastroenteritis.getchecked by general physician. can also be hyper acidity or worm infestation. so rehydration should be done and deworming may improve the condition.
