What Do Runny Nose And Bloody Sputum Indicate?

Hi doc, i am a man who had sex with a man on the 10th of july. I was the receiver and the condom broke, my anus was also bleeding, because of the pressure. In august the first i had a cough in which i began to spit a lot of yellow phlegm the following days. After that i had a runny nose and spit a lot, until i spit saliva and blood. That totally freaked me out. I did some research and came across symptoms about hiv and all. I began to stress and got a little headache and a bit tired. A week and a half later from today, everything disappeared. But I m still stressing. What can you say about this?
