What Do Scaly Spots On Ankles Indicate?
I have scaly spots on ankles.Doctor thinks it is poor blood flow to my legs.I do have 4,5,6 lumbar arthritis diagnosis this year. Right legs hurt daily sharp pain from hamstring down to calf.Doc things clogged arteries and going for ultrasound in a week. What worries should I have. and cures needed. He said stent if clogged. Thank you

Scaly spots near the ankle could be due to dry skin and consequent eczema.
This could occur secondary to poor blood circulation.
Use a good moisturizer 2-3 times a day on a regular basis.
You could apply a cream with 1 % hydrocortisone on the scaly spots alone for about 10 days.
Do the necessary tests as advised by your doctor.
