What Do Severe Abdominal Cramps And Heavy Vaginal Bleeding Indicate?

I think I miscarried last night I passed a long dark red clot with white patches too. I had severe cramping last night and I ve been bleeding bright red for a week or so but I ve also been bleeding since I had my son two and a half months ago but it was never like this and this amount. Just want to know if it was that or maybe just scar tissue but I think it was a miscarriage.

Your symptoms seem to be related to miscarriage.

I recommend doing an ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis.

I also recommend a complete blood count to evaluate anemia due to hemorrhage.
