What Do Severe Cough, Extreme Chest Pressure And Fatigue Indicate?

67 yr old male. Bad cough for 1.5 weeks. After that, pressure in chest- feels like an elephant is standing on chest, up to several times per day. Few days of that, then vomiting after chest pressure episodes . Took antibiotics for 4 days, no change. Chest xray is clear. Episodes not as frequent, no more vomiting, but get winded very quickly and have to rest. What is wrong? Thanks.

its probably weakness after the disease and antibiotic course..take rest..dont exert for few more days..and have some probiotics..bifilac etc..
