What Do Severe Cramps And Absence Of Bleeding After Taking Abortion Pills Indicate?

I was having serious cramping but no bleeding for two days.Then I started bleeding and it was heavy and like usual periods. But today my periods ended and I am feeling weak and dizzy. Also I am feeling something different than usual in the back.I have taken the test today and it was negative,but I am scared of what is happening.I have mifepristone and misoprostol tablets.What should I do?

Understand your concern
Misoprostol and mifepristone should be used under the observation of gynecologist in proper dose and route of administration.
As your bleeding has been started suggests abortion process is started.
Absence of bleeding may be due to improper & inadequate dose and ectopic pregnancy
Felling weak and dizzy is due to the side effects of pill.
If no bleeding will occur then consult the gynecologist and get the done USG ti know the status of pregnancy.
If retain product will be there then should be remove by extra dose of misoprostol and D & C.
Take meftal spas for cramp, drink plenty of waters, healthy diet with iron supplements.
