What Do Severe Headaches And Shadows In Vision Indicate?

My Boyfriend has chronic headaches and recently went for an eye exam and they said he has shadows behind his eyes... But his vision seems to have improved some since his last visit?? What could the shadows indicate?? Should we be concerned of a possible brain tumor??

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It seems from the history that you are having a severe headache and on treatment with ibuprofen, aspirin.

Since your headache is not responding to the analgesic drug, you require further evaluation to find out the underlying cause and the common causes are ENT diseases, eye problems and primary headaches.

Since you have already taken the primary pain-relieving medications you need to take doctor consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein,
General Surgeon
