What Do Severe Lower Abdominal Pain And Cramps During Pregnancy Indicate?

Hi dc. Suspected I was pregnant, did a urine test n it was positive. A week later had some spotting, went for u/s. The result showed bulky uterus, no gestational sac or foetal echo at 4weeks. Now about 7wks and im having sever lower abdominal pains and cramps but no bleeding. What could it be?

Hi,
A Urine pregnancy test positive means there is some sort of a pregnancy there...You must immediately consult your obgyn doctor to rule out an ectopic pregnancy.
