What Do Severe Nausea And Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen Indicate?
All over Abdominal pain yesterday, by evening it was most painful on lower right side. No fever. Took ibuprofen and pain diminished enough to sleep through the night. Woke up this morning and pain is still present in midsection and lower right. Still no fever, but very nauseated.

Appendicitis and colitis can be the possibility as per history. So, your USG (Ultrasonography) abdomen scan is advisable for your condition.
If appendicitis present, then antibiotic course prescribed. Avoid excess spicy foods. Fruit juices and fiber diet should be taken more.
If nausea troublesome, then Domperidone drug can be prescribe. Also, consult surgeon for examination
