What Do Sharp Lower Abdominal Pain After Taking Acetaminophen And Aspirin Indicate?

I stared menstrating today and am cursed with extremely painful cramps that most over the counter meds don t help. And today I ended up talking 1500 mg of both acetaminophen and aspirin say 10 hrs ago and now I m experiencing a sharp pain in the right side of my lower abdomen.what a could be causing this?

As per your history is concerned you have painful periods,first check the causes behind such pain by doing ultrasound exam of lower abdomen and do a TSH test .It is two types primary and secondary.In primary it happens without any cause and in secondary a pathological cause is responsible for it.
Medication you may need:
MOVIBON -500mg starting then after 8 hours 250mg and take vitamin b6 regularly.(Thanks)
