What Do Skin Tag Like Bumps On Penis Indicate?

Hi I have a few bumps that have appeared on my penis a few days ago , their not red and do not itch or burn their painless and almost look like skin tags , I have had molluscum warts removed from my elbow in the past could that be it ? I am sexual active as well and my girlfriend has been tested for STDs and she came out clean. What do I have ?!?

molluscum is contagious and it probably be the same. However you're requested to visit or ask a specialist in the field.
Mere removal of external affection doesn't mean the disease is gone unless treated with internal meditation.
