What Do Slightly Elevated ALT Results Suggest?

I have diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and hypothryroidism. Recently, I have been holding a lot of water and have been very fatigued. I am not overweight, my last A1C was 7.0, and I do not drink. My latest AST result was 64 using a scale of 11 - 41 IU/L. My ALT result was 91 when using a scale of      9 - 40 IU/L. I realized these are only slightly elevated results, but I would like to know what they might indicate.

there is nothing like dibetic rheumatoid arthritis. all are separate disease and can be managed separatly. there is no interrelation.
