What Do Small Bumps Behind The Head Indicate?

I have small bumps which seem pimple on the back of my head for some time now. They grow slowly and then mature before they rapture sometimes by myself. They are painful. When rapture them there is blood coming out and then they dry out. Others will follow. What is this and what can I do?

You could be having something called as scalp folliculitis. You need to apply an anti acne+antiseptic cream twice a day and use mild shampoo and conditioner.
