What Do Small Bumps In The Anus Indicate?

Hey, I have had these bumps in my anus for about 2-3 years. They have not changed from what I can tell and they cause no discomfort or pain and do not bleed. I wondered if they were genital warts but I had them before I first had sex ( had no sexual contact as well ) I am worried to what they are

Painless anal swellings are mostly due to hemorrhoids and warts.
So consult doctor and get done proctoscopic examination.
If they are asymptomatic, then nothing should be done.
Avoid constipation and follow healthy diet.
